This position will suit a payroll systems qualified with strong technical acumen who understands payroll operations and can quickly identify, investigate and resolve issues before they disrupt BAU delivery.
The Opportunity As Payroll Systems Specialist, you will act as the SME for a complex enterprise payroll environment, supporting ADP GlobalView and/or SAP Employee Central Payroll.
You will troubleshoot system issues, manage payroll configuration, support compliance and audit activities, and deliver reporting and analytics that improve payroll performance and accuracy.
Working across Payroll, HR, Technology and external vendors, you will play a key role in maintaining a stable payroll environment while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Act as the SME for ADP GlobalView and/or SAP Employee Central Payroll.
Investigate and resolve payroll system issues, processing errors and data discrepancies.
Maintain payroll configuration, rules, codes and system controls.
Support compliance, audit, testing and legislative change activities.
Develop and enhance payroll reporting, dashboards and analytics.
Identify opportunities to automate,



standardise and improve payroll processes.
Partner with Payroll, HR, Technology and vendors to deliver system enhancements and upgrades.
Create and maintain system documentation, process guides and user support materials.
About You You are an experienced payroll systems professional who enjoys solving complex problems and improving systems and processes.
You combine strong technical capability with a solid understanding of payroll operations, compliance and controls.
Exceptional communication skills are essential in order to impact and share knowledge with diverse cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills Experience Experience with ADP GlobalView, SAP Employee Central Payroll, or a similar SAP-based payroll platform.
Strong payroll systems troubleshooting and configuration experience.
Understanding of payroll operations, compliance and audit requirements.
Experience with reporting, analytics and data reconciliation.
Exposure to testing, upgrades and change implementation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience within a large, complex organisation is highly regarded.
Exposure to Workday and ServiceNow will be advantageous.
