Job Description Role Overview Droga5, part of Accenture Song, is looking for a Business Manager to join our Sydney team.
This role is ideal for an early-career account management professional who is passionate about creativity, highly organised and eager to build a career within one of the world's leading creative agencies.
As a Business Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping teams bring ideas to life, ensuring projects run smoothly, stakeholders stay aligned, and work is delivered to the highest standard.
Working alongside Business Directors, Strategists, Creatives, Media and Production teams, you'll help manage day-to-day account operations while gaining exposure to some of Australia's most recognised brands and campaigns.
The role will include: Supporting the delivery of creative projects from briefing through to final execution.
Coordinating project timelines, meetings, documentation and day-to-day workflows across multiple workstreams.
Partnering with senior account leaders to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Assisting with project budgets, purchase orders, reporting and account administration requirements.
Collaborating with creative, strategy, media and production teams to ensure projects remain on track and stakeholders are aligned.
Providing responsive and proactive support to clients and internal teams.
Contributing positively to team culture while embracing learning and development opportunities.

Qualification WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 1+ years of experience within an agency, marketing, account management or client services environment.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive approach and willingness to learn from experienced account management professionals.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across creative, strategy, media and production teams.
Commercial awareness and an interest in learning project financial management and budgeting principles.
A passion for creativity and a desire to contribute to high-quality work.
Positive attitude, curiosity and enthusiasm for building a career within a creative agency environment.
