They are now seeking a talented Residential Designer to join their team and play a key role in creating thoughtfully designed homes that meet both client expectations and buildability requirements.
What you'll be doing: Deliver high-quality, market-ready designs across single-storey, double-storey and rural homes Partner closely with Sales Reps and key stakeholders to turn client visions into finished dream homes Ensure every design is fully compliant with R-Codes, Australian Standards, BCA and relevant Shire requirements Interpret and assess DAP and LDP documentation to produce accurate, compliant schedules Apply smart,
