Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Traditional Owner Groups, First Nations organisations and community-led initiatives.
Identify opportunities to advance First Nations economic empowerment through collaboration with the Impact Lending team.
Work across the organisation to embed reconciliation principles into business practices, products, procurement, climate action, biodiversity initiatives and people strategies.
Build organisational capability by providing expert advice, guidance and education on reconciliation and First Nations matters.




Prepare strategic reports, updates and impact measures for the Executive Leadership Team and Board.
Provide specialist advice on reconciliation-related communications, advocacy and customer engagement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful reconciliation outcomes and strengthen community relationships.
Support monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement of reconciliation initiatives and their impact across the organisation Key Skills and Capabilities Demonstrated experience leading reconciliation strategies, First Nations engagement or Indigenous affairs initiatives.
Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with Traditional Owner Groups, First Nations organisations and diverse stakeholders.
Strong program and project management skills, with experience delivering complex initiatives across multiple business areas.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at Executive and Board level.
Experience developing strategic advice, reports and performance measures to support organisational decision-making.
A strong understanding of reconciliation, social impact and First Nations economic empowerment.




Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and embed reconciliation outcomes into organisational practices.
Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, ethical leadership and culturally safe ways of working.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in social impact, humanities, business, sustainability or a related discipline, with 7-10 years' relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
