The Opportunity Join a collaborative and multidisciplinary team where you will: Deliver engaging and differentiated learning programs aligned with the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements Build strong and positive relationships through trauma-informed and strengths-based practice Support students to achieve academic, personal, and social goals Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment Monitor student progress and contribute to individualised learning plans Work closely with Teacher Aides, Youth Workers, and Wellbeing staff Help students reconnect with education through meaningful and accessible learning experiences Contribute to a culture of respect, belonging, and positive behaviour support About You You are a flexible, resilient, and relationship-focused educator who: Holds relevant teaching qualifications Is QCT registered (or eligible for registration in Queensland)



Has experience teaching within a secondary setting Demonstrates strong classroom management and relationship-building skills Understands the Australian Curriculum and differentiated learning practices Has experience working with, or a genuine passion for supporting, at-risk, disengaged, or diverse learners Understands the importance of social and emotional learning Thrives in a collaborative, wellbeing-centred environment Values teamwork, communication, and student advocacy Why This School?
