Your role, your impact Reporting to the Senior Manager, Policy, Governance BCP, you'll lead the evolution of policy, governance, and risk management practices across the business.
You'll combine strategic thinking with practical implementation, influencing stakeholders and leading a high-performing team to strengthen enterprise risk capability.
Lead and uplift enterprise-wide risk policies and frameworks Manage governance reporting for executive and board committees Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Drive improvements across risk systems and capabilities Partner with leaders to embed risk management practices Develop engaging risk training and awareness programs Lead a high performing team, driven to support business stakeholders to optimise system capability and usage Your game changing qualities You're a confident and collaborative risk professional who can balance governance excellence with commercial thinking.
