Working closely with experienced Partners, you'll gain exposure to a diverse range of matters, including: High-value M A transactions Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts Due diligence and transaction documentation Capital raising and investment structuring Shareholders' agreements and corporate structuring Joint ventures and broader commercial arrangements Business restructures and entity management across companies, trusts and partnerships Franchising matters Corporate governance and general commercial advisory work You'll take a hands-on role in matters and provide practical, commercially focused advice that directly supports your clients and their businesses.
We're looking to speak with lawyers with approximately 2 -8 years PAE who have a solid grounding in corporate and commercial law.
You'll ideally have experience across front-end corporate matters, a strong understanding of the Corporations Act, and proven capability in contract drafting, transactions and corporate compliance.
