We're looking for experienced Concrete Finishers to join a busy factory-based operation in Dandenong South.
The Role Working in a precast manufacturing environment, you'll be responsible for: Finishing and patching precast concrete products Screeding, smoothing, and trowelling concrete surfaces Repairing imperfections and ensuring high-quality finishes Assisting with concrete pours and mould preparation Working within a fast-paced production team Maintaining a safe and tidy work area What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or in precast concrete Ability to work with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable attitude and solid work ethic Ability to work well within a team environment Shift Details 6:00am starts 10-hour days Saturday overtime available (5-hour shifts) What You'll Need White Card preferred PPE and additional gear provided Own transport highly regarded Police check and full medical required What's On Offer Consistent ongoing work Plenty of overtime available Supportive team environment Opportunity to build a long-term career in precast EBA rates If you're a hardworking Concrete Finisher looking for reliable factory-based work with solid hours, APPLY NOW.
