Job description We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Animation Designer to join a agile digital media team delivering engaging and impactful content across social, digital and broadcast platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced animator who is passionate about storytelling, visual communication and creating accessible digital content that connects with diverse audiences.
Working within a collaborative production environment, you will contribute to the end-to-end development of high-quality animation products, including concept development, storyboarding, scripting, animation, editing and delivery.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, video production specialists and communication teams to translate complex information into clear, engaging and visually compelling content.
Key responsibilities include: Producing high-quality 2D and 3D animation content for digital and social media platforms Developing branded animation suites and graphic assets Supporting video productions through advanced motion graphics and animation overlays Translating complex concepts into simple, audience-focused visual stories Managing animation assets, libraries and project workflows Coordinating projects and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships Ensuring all outputs align with accessibility standards and brand guidelines To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and animation software such as Blender Strong experience creating animation content optimised for social media,



web and digital platforms Demonstrated experience working within team-oriented video production environments Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and rapid turnaround timeframes A strong understanding of accessibility requirements, including WCAG 2 guidelines The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team culture This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and innovative environment where creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement are highly valued.
