Lead End-to-End Design Delivery Manage consultants and Design Process Residential Projects Design Manager l Developer-Builder Environment | Brisbane A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Design Manager to join a growing property group delivering residential developments across Queensland.
Working closely with Development and Construction teams, you'll lead the design process from concept through to project completion, ensuring design excellence, compliance, buildability, programme alignment, and commercial outcomes are achieved across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design development process across multiple residential projects.
Manage architects, engineers, and external consultants to achieve programme and budget objectives.
Coordinate authority approvals and ensure compliance with planning and building regulations.
Review project designs for constructability, quality, and cost efficiency.
Drive value management initiatives and contribute to project cost planning.
Collaborate with Development and Construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in establishing design standards, systems, and best-practice processes.
About You Degree qualified in Architecture, Design, Construction, or a related discipline.




Vast experience within architecture, development and design management.
Strong background in residential developments, townhouses, apartments, mixed-use, or masterplanned communities.
Experience managing consultants and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Sound knowledge of NCC requirements, approvals processes, and construction delivery.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design/documentation platforms.
Proactive, solutions-focused, and highly organised.
