About the role About the role Apply Now As a Director within our Business Advisory division, you will play a pivotal leadership role in the Darwin office.
You will be responsible for driving client engagement, leading and developing a high-performing team, and contributing to the strategic growth of the practice.
You will oversee a broad portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality advisory and compliance services, while identifying opportunities to add value and grow client relationships.
You will also play a key role in business development and strengthening our presence in the local market.
You will be responsible for a broad range of leadership and accounting activities including, but not limited to: Leading, mentoring and developing a team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration and continuous improvement Managing and growing key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor Providing strategic business, taxation and financial advice to clients across a range of industries Reviewing complex financial statements, tax returns and compliance work Interpreting financial data and delivering meaningful insights to support client decision-making Overseeing management reporting, cash flow analysis and business performance reviews Driving business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the Darwin practice Managing team performance, workflow and productivity to ensure delivery against budgets and deadlines.
