Requires: Strong knowledge of payroll systems Salary guide: $101,340 - $108,822 per annum.
Location: Brisbane Valley, Queensland.
Your normal day will involve: Ensuring accurate and timely processing of the payroll.
Assisting with the review of fortnightly payroll reports and reconciling reports.
Communicating with staff and leadership on payroll matters including entitlements and terminations.
Maintaining payroll records and entering General Ledger journals into TASS.
Training line managers on payroll rules and reporting.
Role overview : You will be responsible for the entire payroll function of teh school.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to leverage advanced payroll software to enhance efficiency and improve payroll processes significantly.
You will collaborate with leadership to maintain payroll records, address any staff queries on payroll, and assist in the annual budget preparation.
