We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded residential builder specialising in luxury renovations and extensions across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a hands-on Site Manager who takes pride in delivering high-quality projects while overseeing all aspects of construction from commencement through to completion.

Key Responsibilities Manage high-end residential renovation and extension projects from commencement through to completion.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades and suppliers on site.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Monitor construction quality and ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain a strong on-site presence.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, consultants and key stakeholders.
Schedule works and coordinate materials, deliveries and subcontractors.
Track project progress, monitor budgets and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, building regulations and company procedures.
Resolve site issues efficiently to maintain project momentum.
Skills Experience Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end residential renovations and extensions.
Solid understanding of residential construction methods and project sequencing.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example.
Proven experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors.




Demonstrated ability to oversee project budgets, programmes and construction timelines.
Strong knowledge of Australian building standards, WHS legislation and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Current Supervisor's Licence (essential).
Builder's Licence (preferred).
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
