We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering a new customer-facing platform while continuing to enhance existing business systems.
You'll work closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders, helping shape requirements and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

What you'll be doing Gathering and documenting business requirements.
Writing user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
Managing and refining the product backlog.
Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Acting as the bridge between business and engineering teams.
Supporting UAT and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.




Using AI tools to improve analysis, documentation and delivery.
Helping drive continuous improvement across delivery practices.
What we're looking for 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong Agile experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with AI-assisted analysis or a genuine interest in adopting AI tooling.
Experience within travel, retail or another high-volume digital environment is highly regarded.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous.
UI/UX experience is a bonus.
