About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager ideally with a strong background in within the build construction projects from $50m - $200m.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery experience Develop and manage detailed project programs, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate across key stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, building codes, and safety requirements Mentor and manage a high-performing project team, promoting a collaborative culture Provide clear and timely reporting to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes About You Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management,
