About the role: Represent a diverse range of clients from the private sector, not-for-profit organisations, Queensland State government agencies, and local councils Be involved in misconduct and disciplinary matters, underpayment disputes and dismissal proceedings, enterprise bargaining, company restructures, resulting transfers of business, redundancy issues, and managing employee exits.
The ideal candidate:



Minimum 2 PQE Lawyer up to Special Counsel level with strong academics and relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission Previous experience in workplace and industrial relations representing defendants from a recognized private practice law firm or government agency (highly regarded) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships (level dependent).
