We are expanding at our new site and are seeking reliable and experienced Chefs to join our team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 14/7 Roster | Flights Provided | DIDO Options Available for locals Line Chefs – 14 days on / 7 days off | $93,138 salary + superannuation Flights provided from Sydney DIDO opportunities for candidates based in Dunedoo, Dubbo surrounding areas Supportive and professional team workplace Opportunity to work at a growing site with career progression potential The Position: Prepare high-quality, buffet-style bulk meals (Breakfast Crib Lunch OR Dinner Desserts) Work collaboratively with chefs, kitchen utilities, and dining room staff to deliver exceptional service to village residents Maintain safe food handling and workplace safety standards Ensure catering controls are met and minimise food wastage Provide guidance and support to kitchen team members Contribute to a positive workplace culture and high levels of customer service The Person:



Robust team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Trade-qualified Chef (Cert III in Commercial Cookery minimum) Proven experience in bulk catering / large-scale cooking environments Sound knowledge of kitchen operations and procedures White Card (or willingness to obtain) Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain) Valid identification (Passport or Birth Certificate + Photo ID) Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening The Benefits: You will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
