Benefits Join a recognised organisation with strong career progression opportunities Supportive and collaborative payroll team environment $85k-$90k+ Super The Role Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this Payroll Officer role will see you supporting the delivery of an accurate and timely end-to-end payroll function for a large national workforce.
Working as part of a close-knit payroll team, you will be responsible for processing fortnightly payroll, managing reconciliations and remediation activities, ensuring compliance with relevant Awards and legislation, and providing exceptional service to employees across the business.
This role will suit a payroll professional who is passionate about payroll, has strong technical foundations, and enjoys being part of a supportive team where accuracy, accountability and customer service are key.
Key Responsibilities Process end-to-end fortnightly payroll for a large national workforce Manage payroll reconciliations, remediation activities and ensure payroll accuracy Maintain employee records, pay adjustments,



leave balances and employee entitlements Interpret and apply relevant Awards and EBA's Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, policies and procedures Respond to internal and external payroll queries with a strong customer service focus Work closely with HR, Finance and operational teams to resolve payroll matters Support continuous improvement initiatives across payroll processes and systems Skills Experience Previous experience processing high-volume end-to-end payroll Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, Awards and compliance requirements Solid payroll foundations with a passion for getting it right the first time Experience with ADP, or similar payroll systems highly regarded (not essential) Strong attention to detail with the ability to take ownership and accountability for your work Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build solid relationships Proactive approach with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment A genuine passion for payroll and delivering a high level of service More Information For a confidential discussion about this opportunity or your next career move, please contact Bel on ************ or ******.
