The provider delivers Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy through a holistic multidisciplinary model.
Clinicians can work across clinic and community settings, with caseloads shaped around participant needs, service demand and clinical interests.
About the Role: This Occupational Therapist position can be structured around a paediatric caseload or a broader mixed-age NDIS caseload.
Your week may include: Clinic-based therapy from the South Brisbane clinic Home, community and other participant-based visits Supporting NDIS participants from childhood through to older adulthood Paediatric, mental health, disability and generalist Occupational Therapy work, depending on your experience and interests Working alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists A mix of clinic and community appointments based on participant needs Access to fleet vehicles for community visits Regular supervision from experienced senior therapists Opportunities for experienced OTs to provide supervision and mentoring Why this Role: Choose between a paediatric focus or a broader mixed-age NDIS caseload Established multidisciplinary team across OT, Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy Supervision available for early-career and experienced clinicians Mentoring and supervision opportunities for senior OTs $2,000 annual professional development allowance Four CPD leave days per year, subject to confirmation Friday team learning, including case discussions, discipline meetings and clinical updates Dedicated paediatric team meetings and interest-based learning opportunities Fleet vehicles available for community appointments Balanced KPI expectations with an incentive program for billings above target Caseload delivery shaped between clinic and community settings About You:
