Hiring: Senior Network Engineer Location: Sydney (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) Contract: 6 months We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join a major transformation project within a leading banking organisation.
This contract opportunity will see you contribute to network design, implementation, and large-scale data centre migration across enterprise and payment systems Why Join?

Key Responsibilities Deploy and configure networking constructs across Cisco ASA and ACI/APIC environments.Translate design specifications into operational configurations for firewalls, subnets, and service objects.Execute passive and canary deployments; validate rule sets and ensure compliance with migration standards.Prepare and execute change control procedures, including rollback plans and runbooks.Monitor post-deployment performance and escalate issues when SLA thresholds are exceeded.Configure and manage F5 GTM and LTM appliances for traffic distribution and load balancing.
Must Have Solid hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, Cisco ACI,



and APIC environments.Proven track record in enterprise firewall policy deployment and troubleshooting.Expertise and hands-on in configuring and supporting F5 GTM and LTM appliances (design, deployment, and operational support).
Solid understanding of network capacity planning and performance monitoring.
