The Opportunity An exciting chance now exists for an experienced Harvest Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale seasonal harvest operations during the peak watermelon season (November–April), while supporting broader harvest and operational activities throughout the remainder of the year.
This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the Director.
Manage daily harvest operations to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency targets are achieved Coordinate workforce logistics including rosters, transport, accommodation, and seasonal labour requirements Monitor harvest performance metrics including yield, labour efficiency, and operational costs Work closely with packing and logistics teams to ensure smooth product flow and timely dispatch Maintain high standards of workplace safety, team engagement,



and operational discipline Support the development of future supervisors and crew leaders within the business About You You are an experienced operational leader with a calm, organised, and respectful management style.
You enjoy being out in the field, leading from the front, and building strong relationships across diverse teams.
