Job Description Provide technical leadership across distribution network projects.
Lead the delivery and review of overhead and underground designs.
Support projects from concept design through to construction.
Act as a technical SME across utility and contestable works projects.
Ensure compliance with relevant utility standards and industry regulations.
Mentor and support engineers and designers within the team.
Build strong relationships with utilities, clients and project stakeholders.
Drive high-quality, practical and cost-effective engineering outcomes.




The Successful Applicant A successful Technical Lead - Distribution should have: A solid background in power engineering within the energy sector.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Expertise in process optimisation and project management.
Solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
