Insurance Litigation Lawyer (2 roles) Brisbane CBD | Defendant Insurance Litigation | Predominantly Workers' Compensation matters | Supportive team The Firm The Role An exciting opportunity exists for both a Lawyer (2+ years PAE) and a Senior Lawyer (5+ years PAE) to join a respected Brisbane CBD firm with a strong insurance litigation practice.
Under the guidance of a highly experienced Partner, you will work on predominantly Queensland workers' compensation matters.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in insurance litigation, as part of a supportive, high-performing team.

About You You will have: Experience in defendant insurance litigation and ideally, workers' compensation matters (particularly for the senior role) Strong communication skills A commercial and practical approach A team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to a high-performing team A genuine interest in building a long-term career in insurance litigation Candidates with broader litigation experience and a genuine interest in transitioning into defendant insurance work are also encouraged to apply.
