Do you have Experience in providing IT support, including both phone and deskside services.
Experience In Windows 11 device deployments Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Experience working in in local government (preferred).
