Job description Administrative Support Officer Location: Parramatta Contract: 4 weeks contract with possibility to extend Pay Rate - $41/hour + Super Work Arrangement: Full-time onsite (5 days per week) About the Role DFP is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to provide high-volume administrative support within a busy NSW Government team.
This role will see you managing shared inboxes, maintaining accurate records, handling enquiries, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure productive service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Manage shared inboxes and allocate incoming enquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses or referrals Provide high-quality administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and record management Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion Prepare correspondence, meeting papers, and minutes, and assist with coordination of meetings and team activities Maintain accurate electronic and physical records in line with organisational policies and procedures Support general administrative tasks, projects, and team priorities as required Undertake routine processing activities in accordance with established procedures where required To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Experience in high-volume administrative support,
