As we continue to grow our presence across Queensland, we're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to take ownership of our Queensland operation across the construction and logistics sectors.
This is an opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships, winning recent business and creating something long-term.
You'll have the autonomy to grow the Queensland market, develop strong client partnerships and, as the branch expands, build and lead a high-performing team with the support of our national leadership.
What you'll be doing: Lead and grow the Queensland branch, driving client partnerships, candidate delivery and business growth across the construction and logistics sectors Develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients Attend client sites to understand workforce requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions Manage recruitment delivery across a range of civil construction, logistics and manufacturing roles Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a high standard of service throughout the recruitment process Oversee candidate onboarding,
