About the opportunity
This role is suited to an aspiring Sales Associate looking to establish a long-term career in residential real estate.
You'll work alongside experienced agents,



gaining exposure to buyer management, prospecting, open homes, and sales campaigns while developing your confidence within a quick-paced and professional environment.
No previous sales experience is required; however, you must hold a current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence and have a genuine motivation to succeed in the industry.
Key responsibilities
Assist with buyer enquiries and vendor communication
Support open homes, inspections, and listing activities
Conduct prospecting and database follow-up
Build strong relationships with buyers and local clients
Assist senior agents with campaigns and negotiations
Maintain professional customer service standards
