About the Role: As a Support Worker with Lumia Care, you'll provide high-quality, individualised support across SIL (Supported Independent Living) homes, Day Programs, and community settings.
You'll be carefully matched with clients based on your experience, skills, and care compatibility—ensuring you can deliver the best possible outcomes.
