Demand Planner role focused on owning forecasts, analysing demand trends and partnering with stakeholders to optimise supply chain outcomes.

They are seeking a Demand Planner to join their Supply Chain team and play a key role in ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment across the business.
Key Responsibilities Own and maintain the demand forecasting process across multiple product categories.
Analyse historical sales data, customer trends and market insights to produce accurate forecasts.
Partner with Sales, Operations and Production to align demand with business requirements.
Monitor forecast accuracy, identify variances and implement corrective actions.
Support inventory optimisation to balance customer service levels and stock availability.
Develop reporting and provide insights to support business decision-making.
Contribute to forecasting process improvements and S OP activities.




About You Previous experience in a Demand Planning or Supply Planning role within FMCG, manufacturing or a similar workplace.
Demonstrated ownership of the demand forecasting process.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP, forecasting or planning systems.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
