YOUR NEW ROLE As a valued KEY member in their winning national Engineering/Information+Communication Technology team, being the RIGHT HAND to outstanding patent attorneys, you will enjoy the variety stimulation+ satisfaction in assisting with the protection, commercialisation and enforcement of intellectual property.
In particular you will be: Preparing proof-reading various correspondence and documents; uploading documents and maintaining accurate information on client portals; liaising with IP Australia for document productions, lodgements and amendments; general administration (eg diary management, arranging travel meetings).

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are an experienced legal secretary/administrator/'career' paralegal in any area/s of law including specifically minimum 1 year (or more) in intellectual property ( preferably patents); are highly competent in Microsoft Office (Word+Outlook)with a fast typing/accuracy (min 55wpm+); have outstanding communication+ interpersonal skills+are a proven team player; have high accuracy+ effectively meet deadlines; are committed to furthering your own SUCCESS to the MAX with a 1st-Class employer of choice .
