Our team of General Practitioners, nurses and allied health professionals works collaboratively to deliver comprehensive primary healthcare services in a supportive and professional setting.
Key responsibilities: Assessing patients and implementing nursing care in accordance with individual care plans and accepted nursing practice and standards.
Monitoring, recording and reporting patients' vital signs, clinical observations and responses to treatments, medications and care plans.
Providing nursing interventions and treatments, including wound care, dressing management, immunisations and vaccinations, and assisting with the safe administration of medications under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Assisting Registered Nurses, General Practitioners and other healthcare professionals to coordinate, implement and evaluate patient care.
Collecting and documenting clinical information, including blood glucose levels, urine analysis and other practice-specific diagnostic measurements.
Assisting patients with personal care where required while promoting their comfort, dignity and wellbeing.




Promoting health education and preventive healthcare by providing patients with information and support regarding chronic disease management, immunisation and healthy lifestyle practices.
Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring nursing care is delivered in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and professional standards.
Qualifications and Experience Minimum Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification in Nursing.
At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
Demonstrated experience in delivering nursing care in accordance with accepted nursing practice and professional standards.
Sound clinical assessment, patient care and medication administration skills.
Ability to monitor and document patients' responses to treatments and care plans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and maintaining accurate clinical records.
