The Organisation
Alinta Energy is one of Australia's largest energy retailers and generators, investors and developers, operating across a complex national portfolio.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the CPO, you will lead an enterprise-wide safety strategy and shape how safety is governed, measured, and led centrally for the business. This is a role with enterprise accountability and direct Board exposure, that leads a centralised function and supports a team of asset and site-based employees.
Key Deliverables
Set and lead the enterprise safety and wellbeing strategy
Influence leaders at every level to embed safety as a core business value
Lead safety data, systems and reporting strategy
Enhance organisational safety and wellbeing performance
About You
Senior safety leader from energy, construction, or heavy infrastructure
Comfortable operating at Board level and on the tools
Sharp at cutting through complexity and delivering outcomes
Credible influencer with a track record of measurable impact
