We are committed to providing high-quality food and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes, preparation methods and presentation standards.
Prepare ingredients for service, including washing, peeling, cutting, portioning and storing food items.
Operate commercial kitchen equipment and cooking appliances safely and efficiently.
Maintain food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and relevant legislation.
Monitor food quality, portion sizes and presentation throughout food preparation and service.
Maintain clean, organised and hygienic kitchen workstations, equipment and food preparation areas.
Assist with stock rotation, storage and the secure handling of deliveries and food supplies.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.




Assist in preparing meals to meet dietary requirements where required.
Perform other reasonable kitchen-related duties as directed by management.
Responsibilities Maintain professional conduct and presentation while on duty.
Comply with workplace policies, procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.
Ensure kitchen areas remain clean, organised and compliant with food safety standards.
Contribute to a positive, cooperative and productive team environment.
Report any food safety, maintenance or quality concerns to management promptly.
Qualifications Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
Skills and Experience Minimum 1 year of previous experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
Experience using commercial kitchen equipment and food preparation tools.
Sound knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
Ability to follow recipes, instructions and kitchen procedures consistently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
