Clear career progression and development opportunities The Role: Manage your own strata portfolio Act as the main point of contact for Owners Corporations, owners,



and contractors Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital works projects Oversee financials including budgets, levies, and arrears Prepare for and attend AGMs and committee meetings Resolve disputes and ensure compliance with strata legislation while maintaining accurate records About You: Class 2 Strata Management Licence (or higher) At least 2 years experience as a strata manager Strong knowledge of strata legislation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proficient in strata systems and Microsoft Office To Apply: Please call Vanessa Necovski on ************ for more information or email your CV to ******.
