Synergie is seeking a Food Services Attendant for a medical facility located in Bedford.
About the Role In this hands-on role, you'll be a vital part of the patient care journey.
Your main duties will include: • Preparing, plating, and delivering meals to patients in accordance with dietary requirements • Following all food safety, hygiene, and infection control standards • Cleaning food service areas and maintaining high hygiene standards • Engaging confidently and compassionately with patients and hospital staff • Working collaboratively with your team to provide excellent service What You'll Need We're looking for someone who is: • Confident, caring, and well-spoken - robust communication is a must • Reliable and team-focused - healthcare is a team effort • Experienced in a food services or hospitality role (healthcare experience is a bonus!) • Willing to learn and follow strict hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols Mandatory Requirements To work in this role, you must have: Vaccinations: • COVID-19 (current as per SA Health guidelines) • Diphtheria-Tetanus-Pertussis (DTP) • Influenza (annual) • Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) • Varicella (Chickenpox) Certificates:
