As Clinical Director, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership to a busy, well-established Orthopaedic Department while maintaining a minimum 0.5 FTE clinical workload.
You'll join a collaborative surgical team within a modern referral hospital offering: Four operating theatres and two procedure rooms Six-bed Intensive Care Unit Diverse elective and trauma caseload Accredited specialist training program Solid culture of teaching,



research and quality improvement Excellent multidisciplinary support This role offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on orthopaedic services across the region.
