Accounts Administration Support Are you an experienced accounts and administration professional who enjoys supporting others and being part of a close-knit team?
We are seeking a reliable and approachable person to join a well-established Townsville business.
Working alongside an experienced team member, you will provide hands-on support across accounts, administration, warranty processing and customer service.
This position would suit someone who is happy working collaboratively, follows established processes and takes pride in completing the day-to-day details accurately.
Over time, there will be an opportunity to learn additional responsibilities and develop your role within the business.
Key Responsibilities: Accounts payable and accounts receivable support Account reconciliations and accurate data entry Warranty registrations and administration Processing paperwork and maintaining records Customer and supplier liaison General office and administrative support Assisting the existing accounts team as required.
About You: You will be organised,



dependable and comfortable working as part of a small team.
You enjoy helping others, communicate professionally and are willing to learn the business before taking on broader responsibilities.
You will bring: Previous accounts, bookkeeping or administration experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy A supportive and team-focused approach The ability to follow established systems and procedures Skilled customer and supplier communication Experience within a small to medium-sized business Confidence using accounting and database systems Experience with Eclipse would be highly regarded but is not essential.
