Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of hospitality projects, from documentation through to construction Manage contract administration and ensure high-quality built outcomes Collaborate with the in-house interiors team for seamless design integration Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients across all stages Mentor junior staff and support a positive team culture Skills Experience Registered Architect in Victoria with 8+ years of post-grad experience Proven track record delivering hospitality / Retail projects through construction Strong coordination,
