Role Objective: Reporting to the Delivery Director, the SDR primarily works with the Account Leads and SDR Managers to ensure successful delivery of key campaigns, maintaining outstanding client satisfaction for the duration of the project.
They will generate early-stage revenue opportunities on behalf of EngageTech's customers, act as a strategic partner to assigned clients, consulting on lead generation, sales processes, and providing specialist industry insight.
This is a pivotal role in managing the relationship between the Delivery unit and the Client, assisting the Accounts team to plan, execute and manage the client interface professionally at every stage of the project.
Key Responsibilities: Job Accountabilities: • Generate early-stage revenue opportunities on behalf of EngageTech's customers within the B2B technology sector • Act as a strategic delivery partner to assigned clients, providing insight on sales development strategy, pipeline health, and early-stage revenue generation • Own the delivery strategy for assigned campaigns, working closely with Account Managers prior to launch and throughout execution • Maintain high personal performance standards in pipeline and chance generation • Review campaign performance to identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and conversion outcomes • Implement feedback and coaching to drive measurable improvements in performance • Proactively manage campaign risks, escalating issues early and providing clear recommendations • Lead client meetings alongside Account Managers,
contributing delivery insight and commercial context • Maintain disciplined quality assurance standards across all assigned campaigns • Ensure accurate tracking of activity, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems • Facilitate post-campaign reviews to assess performance, ROI, and improvement opportunities • Support broader delivery and revenue objectives across the business through performance Competencies: Customer Orientation -The ability to recognise both internal and external customers, the willingness to cooperate with them fully in order to help them achieve their objectives and the ability to engender this culture throughout the Sales team and influence other divisions Achievement Orientation – The determination to set oneself and meet high standards, exceeding norms and expectations Organising Work - The ability to marshal and manage resources (people, funding, materials and support) to achieve a task.
