We're on the lookout for a proactive and reliable Maintenance Officer to join our team on a Full time basis (Monday to Friday) at our residential aged care facility in Cootamundra.
Your duties will include:



Carrying out general maintenance and repairs (basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and building work) Keeping our outdoor spaces looking their best with gardening and grounds maintenance — mowing, hedging, sweeping, hosing and general upkeep Completing planned preventative maintenance in line with site schedules Responding to reactive maintenance requests across your designated areas Monitoring maintenance works to ensure regulatory compliance Actively contributing to Work Health Safety practices About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Current driver's licence Trade qualification (desirable) Computer skills Ability to work under minimum supervision Previous experience in either building, fitter and turner, welder or plumber (desirable)
