CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking General Labourers and Forklift Operators for a concrete manufacturing facility based in Narangba, QLD .
These roles offer Monday to Friday work in a clean, well-maintained environment, with stable hours and temp-to-perm opportunities available.

This is a stable role with consistent hours, overtime available daily and workload not effected by weather.
Key Responsibilities General Labourer: Assisting with concrete pouring, preparation and finishing Preparing moulds for the manufacture of concrete sleepers Handling and working with concrete mix Removing finished sleepers from moulds Supporting tradespeople and operators on site General site clean-up and maintaining a tidy work environment Following all site safety procedures Forklift Operators: Operating a forklift to safely move concrete sleepers around the plant Loading, unloading and relocating materials within the yard Supplying materials to production areas as required Stacking and organising finished products for dispatch Conducting basic pre-start checks on equipment Assisting with general labouring duties when required Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to site procedures Our Ideal Candidate: Must have a Current Driver's Licence ( no public transport available ) Forklift Licence (highly desireable) with proven experience MUST be clean shaven (site requirement)
