About the Prospect This role is focused on maintaining strong service delivery across the East region while supporting consistent standards, team performance and client outcomes across a diverse portfolio.
As Operations Manager, you'll lead the delivery of the full suite of services, combining hands on team leadership with broader operational oversight to drive performance and strengthen client relationships.
You'll lead through managers and supervisors, with responsibility across safety, quality, contract performance, commercial outcomes and day to day operational consistency.
The role will suit someone who can build trust quickly, lead a large frontline workforce and bring practical structure across a busy multi site portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop managers, supervisors and onsite teams across the East region Oversee end to end service delivery, ensuring quality, safety and contract alignment Drive continuous improvement in safety,
