The Perks: 4-day work week considered for the right candidate Portfolio in immaculate condition with excellent landlord relationships Manage approximately 110 quality properties Join a successful independent Ryde agency Supportive team environment with strong systems in place The Role: Manage the end-to-end Property Management process Handle tenant and landlord communication Coordinate repairs, maintenance, inspections, and routine tasks Maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants Work autonomously with team support About You:
