This is a fantastic prospect to play a key role in delivering accurate and compliant end-to-end payroll services, while contributing to process improvements and system enhancements within a dynamic fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities End-to-end payroll processing including new starters, terminations, higher duties, and super changes Compliance with Fair Work, Awards, enterprise agreements, superannuation, and PAYG obligations Payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audit support First point of escalation for complex payroll enquiries from managers and employees Providing payroll advice to HR, Finance, and management Maintaining data integrity across payroll, HR, and finance systems Training and supporting payroll team members Liaising with the ATO, super funds, auditors,



and regulators Contributing to process improvement and payroll governance About You You will be a detail-oriented payroll professional who has a curious mindset to contribute to continuous process improvements and effective ways of working.
You are someone who takes pride in delivering accurate, compliant outcomes and who can take direction in a fast-paced team environment.
Skills Experience Proven end-to-end payroll experience managing high-volume payroll in a deadline-driven environment Demonstrated experience working within complex, integrated payroll and HR systems Solid knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, tax, and compliance Experience interpreting awards and enterprise agreements Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Please click to apply!
