The Role As Department Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of your department, lead and develop the team, and drive strong commercial performance while upholding the high standards associated with a luxury retail environment.
You will be responsible for: Leading, coaching and developing the team Driving sales, KPIs and department performance Delivering an elevated customer experience Building strong and lasting client relationships Maintaining premium visual and presentation standards Supporting stock,
