Team Leader – Warehouse (3PL Environment) Eastern Creek, NSW | Temp to Perm Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our growing 3PL operations in Eastern Creek.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse associates and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong focus on safety, quality, and process management , and can lead by example to deliver outstanding results.
What you'll do: Lead, train, and motivate your team to meet productivity, safety, and quality targets.
Oversee warehouse functions including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Promote a safety-first culture , always ensuring compliance with WHS standards.
Monitor workflows and KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and to customer requirements.
Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
Shift Details: Monday to Friday,



7:00 AM – 3:10 PM Occasional overtime and weekend shifts may be required Pay rate: Based on experience What we're looking for: Previous experience in a leadership/supervisory role in warehousing or logistics (3PL experience highly regarded).
Solid understanding of warehouse processes, WMS systems, and RF scanning.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A proven ability to build a positive, high-performing team environment.
Forklift license and WHS knowledge highly desirable.
