YOUR CURRENT ROLE As one of the KEY litigators in their winning litigation team, reporting to the Litigation Director and Litigation Special Counsel, you will relish the mentorship+challenge+rewards+variety of your role taking full ownership of your files/managing your own clients resolving commercial disputes relating to: General commercial contracts; Corporate structures/partnerships/trusts; Franchises; Building/construction; Insolvency/bankruptcy; Property/leases; Contested estates.
