Their portfolio includes major hospitals, Defence facilities, data centres, transport infrastructure and large commercial developments.
Due to continued project wins across Sydney, they are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to join their team in Western Sydney office.
The Opportunity This is far more than a modelling role.
You'll become the technical lead for BIM coordination across major electrical projects, ensuring models are accurate, coordinated and construction ready throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams, you'll oversee BIM workflows, coordinate multidisciplinary models, manage clash detection and help drive project outcomes from design through to construction.
You'll also play an important role mentoring junior BIM staff and continuously improving BIM standards across the business.




Key Responsibilities • Lead BIM coordination across multiple major projects • Develop and maintain high quality Revit MEP models • Deliver models to LOD400 and construction standards • Coordinate multidisciplinary models using Navisworks • Manage project BIM workflows and BIM Execution Plans • Coordinate with engineering and delivery teams throughout construction • Manage BIM content, families and project data • Provide technical mentoring and support to project teams • Identify and resolve clashes before construction • Drive continuous improvement across BIM processes About You You'll already be recognised as a capable BIM Coordinator who enjoys solving technical problems and working on large, complex projects.
You'll ideally bring: • Experience as a BIM Coordinator on major Australian construction projects • Strong electrical or MEP services experience • Advanced Revit MEP and AutoCAD capability • Strong Navisworks coordination experience • Experience delivering projects to LOD400 • Excellent stakeholder management skills • The confidence to work autonomously while mentoring junior team members Why Join?
