An opportunity has become available for a Senior Group FP A Analyst to join the Group FP A team.
Reporting to the Group FP A Manager, your responsibilities will include: Owning key FP A deliverables across month-end, budgeting, forecasting, business planning, capex, opex and cash flow.
Developing and maintaining robust financial models across the P L, balance sheet and cash flow.
Producing clear, insight-driven analysis for senior stakeholders, the Executive team and Board.
Explaining key performance movements, risks, opportunities and recommended actions.
Supporting capital analysis, cost allocations and other complex financial requirements.
Improving reporting processes, financial models, controls and data integrity.
Using systems and automation tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
Partnering with finance teams and stakeholders across the wider business.




Coaching junior Analysts and helping lift modelling and reporting standards across the team.
To be successful in this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified with 8–10 years' experience, ideally beginning your career in chartered accounting before moving into a commercial role.
You will have exposure across FP A, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting within a large, complex organisation.
Direct Group FP A experience is not essential, however you will need strong commercial judgement, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to take ownership of outcomes.
You will be confident translating data into explicit insights and recommendations, challenging assumptions and identifying opportunities for improvement.
This role would suit a proactive, high-calibre candidate with a strong track record of delivering projects, driving process improvements and mentoring junior Analysts.
