The Role This role focuses on growing market presence across Australia and New Zealand by building strong dealer and partner relationships.
You will combine technical product knowledge with commercial capability to support adoption, train partners, and drive sustainable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities: Build and manage dealer, reseller and agronomist networks Deliver product demonstrations and technical training Drive sales growth through partner enablement Maintain CRM pipeline and reporting discipline (Zoho) Identify and develop new business opportunities Support field days, events, and customer engagement Travel regularly across ANZ, including NZ (approx. monthly)



About You You are a commercially minded ag professional who understands farming systems and can confidently translate technical solutions into real-world value.
You enjoy working closely with partners and building long-term relationships.
Key Criteria: 3+ years in sales or business development Agriculture or agtech background Robust networks across growers, agronomists or resellers Ability to explain technical products clearly CRM discipline and tech-savviness Strong communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand The Benefits: This is a high-impact role in a growing global business, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with advanced agtech solutions.
